The History

EL is the expression and the art of wine-making meeting passion and inspiration. After several months of aging, some barrels definitely standout. Their flavors are intense. Their notes are subtle. Their tastes are complex. They are elegant. They are EL. EL Cuvelier LosAndes 2012 is a blend made with 10 barrels: 7 barrels of Malbec; 1 of Cabernet Sauvignon; 1 of Merlot; 1 of Syrah. Only the most outstanding vintages were used. We chose this composition because of its synergy and the pleasure it brought us while tasting it. We hope you share the same pleasure when you drink this bottle, one of only 3,000 made.

The Grape

70 % Malbec, 10% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10 % Syrah

Tasting Note

El presents an attractive young deep purple color.

El is complex, powerful, and fine at the same time, elegant.  It seduces with its aromas of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and minerals.

EL is perfectly balanced with what appears on the nose.  Has good input, it is full and well-armed throughout the mouth and dazzles with its persistence and length.  Presents an excellent balance, it is unctuous and elegant.
