Jules de Souzy Pinot Noir
The History
The well-known lord Jules du Souzy, winegrower and aristocrat, lived in the Château de la Terrière during the 19th century and developed the reputation of the castle. The wines from Jules du Souzy are from high density vineyards. Grapes are harvested healthy and with good maturity. The winemaking is traditional and respects the quality of the harvest and its terroir. This philosophy allows the wine to develop its identity and fruitiness.

Tasting Note
This Bourgogne Pinot Noir offers a ruby and brilliant colour. The nose develops notes of
blackcurrant and wild strawberry and a touch of fern and forest floor. The mouth is frank and light, well balanced with melted tannins. The fruity and vegetal notes
of the nose give a beautiful freshness and a pleasant length to the palate.
